St. Laurence O’Toole
Craft performed a facility assessment and created conceptual designs for the renovation and addition to St. Laurence O’Toole located in Laramie, Wyoming. The project involved the addition of a 5,000 sf parish hall and 5,000 sf of community and classroom spaces. The addition of an elevator and accessible walkways were included for universal access to the building’s lower level currently underutilized due to accessibility issues.

St. Paul’s Newman Center
CRAFT principal Matt Newman provided Owner’s Representative services leading a feasibility study for the replacement of the existing St. Paul’s Newman Center facility in Laramie, Wyoming. The project included a full assessment of the building’s structural and mechanical systems as well as programming and conceptual design for the construction of a new 40,000 sf facility.
