Elkhorn Lumber's Rough-Sawn No. 1

Locally-milled beetle kill timbers were used to update a focal living room book shelf.  The shelves offer flexibility of display heights without the unattractive hardware. 

A massive 17'-0" x 18" x 4" mantle was required to match the scale of the existing brick pilasters.  This mantle is attached to the pilasters with inset concealing brackets and cast anchor bolts.

Indirect LED cove lighting allows the entire bookshelf to act as accent lighting that can be adjusted to change the mood of the room.
